Founded in 2022 by Darrick and Raylinda Price, our mission is to create homes that safeguard not only your loved ones but also the planet and your wallet. We are passionate about sustainable construction that balances energy efficiency, livability, and affordability for families of all shapes and sizes.

Our team’s expertise spans a wide range of projects, from energy-efficient starter homes and large custom residences to small subdivisions (which require deep insight into city planning and local regulations) and select commercial construction. What sets us apart is our focus on “Energy Efficiency on a Budget”—delivering eco-friendly homes that remain accessible to the everyday family

ADU Quest is our latest initiative, developed in response to the urgent need for creative housing solutions in the Willamette Valley. We recognize the pressing challenges facing Oregon’s families—especially when it comes to finding comfortable, affordable options for our children and aging loved ones. Our ADUs (Accessory Dwelling Units) are compact, efficient, and seamlessly integrated into existing properties. Whether you want space for extended family, a private suite for seniors, or a rental opportunity, our ADUs are designed to maximize function while minimizing environmental impact.
